The SOAS Arbitration in Africa Survey
This Second edition of the SOAS Arbitration in Africa survey focuses on African Arbitral Centres. It will gather original data and information from users of these centres globally. The primary purpose of this survey will be to learn from users of African arbitral centres their effectiveness and capacity to administer arbitration references. We will benchmark these outcomes to the services provided by international centres. This survey covers your experience of arbitration in Africa over the last ten (10) years: 2010-2019.
Please note that all references to ‘arbitral centres’ are also to ‘arbitral institutions’.
This questionnaire should take less than 15 minutes of your time to fully complete. Thank You!
